Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. Because each graded card is a unique, single-quantity item, a card may sell before your order is completed. If we're unable to fulfill your order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including photographs of the actual item you'll receive. Colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen.

Grading and authenticity

All graded cards sold on the Site have been professionally graded and authenticated by independent third parties (PSA, TAG, or CGC). Grades and certification numbers are assigned by those companies, not by Zerek Collects. We do not guarantee or warrant the accuracy of any third-party grading company's assessment. Certification numbers are provided so you can verify any card independently.

Cards ship in their original sealed grading cases. We do not crack, alter, or resubmit slabs.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

Shipping

Shipping terms, timeframes, and costs are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, though orders are shipped insured as described in our shipping policy.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns policy, available on the Site. Because our products are unique collectibles, returns are accepted only under the conditions described there.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zerek Collects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Accuracy of information

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other Site content is complete or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
